  • ½ cup of granola
  • ½ cup of fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons of chai seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed butter
  • Fruit (prefer flavor)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • pinch of pink Himalaya salt
